Briea graduated from Brock University in 2013 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She then went on to become a personal trainer in Toronto where she developed her applied knowledge of the body and how it works. With her now extended knowledge, her passion for working with the body to restore optimal health and wellbeing grew and lead her to Ontario College where she obtained her Massage Therapy diploma. Now registered with the CMTO, Briea is practicing as an RMT specializing in fascial therapy and deep tissue massage. Her knowledge and understanding of sport and athletics allows her to provide outstanding care for those with sports injuries, and general sport specific ailments. However she is not limited to only sports massage, she enjoys helping all clientele get back to a pain free living.
Briea has competed in both weightlifting and powerlifting, as well as equine show jumping, competitive cheerleading, one half marathon and two Tough Mudders. With her diverse background in sport and training (not just humans, but horses too) Briea focuses on treating the body through massage therapy as well as corrective exercise and stretching to deliver lasting results.
