Amanda graduated from Ontario College of Health and Technology from Massage Therapy in 2017. She also holds two diplomas from Niagara College in Business and Fitness and Health. After registering with the CMTO in January of 2018, Amanda specializes in fascial release, sports injuries, deep tissue work and TMJ dysfunction. Late summer 2018 she completed her Cupping Certification and will endeavor to complete her Level 1 Fascial Stretch Therapy Certification February 2019.
Amanda spent two years in the Canadian Military and has worked as a Personal Trainer. She has also competed in both Powerlifting and Weightlifting. With an extensive background in sports and training, Amanda focuses on treating the body through various techniques, along with exercise to produce effective and lasting results.
Amanda understands how much of a set back it is to be in pain and discomfort as she is passionate about fitness, is an avid hiker and enjoys anything outdoors. She strives to make all her patients feel better as fast as possible so they can get back to their everyday lives.

Briea graduated from Brock University in 2013 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She then went on to become a personal trainer in Toronto where she developed her applied knowledge of the body and how it works. With her now extended knowledge, her passion for working with the body to restore optimal health and wellbeing grew and lead her to Ontario College where she obtained her Massage Therapy diploma. Now registered with the CMTO, Briea is practicing as an RMT specializing in fascial therapy and deep tissue massage. Her knowledge and understanding of sport and athletics allows her to provide outstanding care for those with sports injuries, and general sport specific ailments. However she is not limited to only sports massage, she enjoys helping all clientele get back to a pain free living.
Briea has competed in both weightlifting and powerlifting, as well as equine show jumping, competitive cheerleading, one half marathon and two Tough Mudders. With her diverse background in sport and training (not just humans, but dogs and horses too) Briea focuses on treating the body through massage therapy as well as corrective exercise and stretching to deliver lasting results.
In 2019 she's embarking on a new career, fulfilling a life long goal of being a police officer. This results in a reduction to her treatment availability to one day a week. She looks forward to providing her exceptional care to her current patient's just as she's done while being a full-time therapist!
