45 minute classes designed to target all major muscle groups of the body using your own body weight as resistance. Shoes are not required. These classes focus on building both strength and functional capacity utilizing a variety of resistance training methods delivered in a clear precise and safe manner. Each week expect a fresh variety of exercises that will challenge and transform your inner and outer self. Be prepared to push, pull, lift and lower to a stronger more confident YOU! Proper form and technique will be vital to respecting the squat! CORE strength and stability, aims to improve the strength in all important surrounding areas such as the pelvis and lower back. - All levels welcome!!
